MrWu Posted August 28, 2018 Posted August 28, 2018 Hi all Very late to the party upgrading to Windows 10 We had redirect start-menu on Windows 7 that seem to work well, when migrating this over to Win 10 the OS seem to have mixed the redirected menu with it's own apps (see screenshots), am I doing this the wrong way? PS We will have a mixture of Win 7 / 10 machines running in parallel as we migrate Thanks as always
mrwoberts Posted August 28, 2018 Posted August 28, 2018 Hi Wu One thing that I would do would be to remove the apps that you do not want in your build, Skype, Tips, Voice Recorder..., that way they won't be visible in the Start Menu. If you want to look into doing that then read through this dedicated thread on Edugeek Thread - http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-10/165029-how-get-rid-candy-crush-soda-saga-other-windows-10-start-menu-junk-good.html Regards
