Not at work at the moment so I cannot check, but is it possible to allow/block emails domains depending on AD groups?

Eg. Block Facebook/twitter/instagram emails for all users except if members of social media group.

Cheers

Yes, I do this in a AAD connect sync environment.

You need a mail-enabled security group > assign the people you want to receive the emails > set a mail flow rule in 365 that sends the emails to the hosted quarantine that includes words in the sender address of "twitter.com" for example, > then do an exception which includes a member of any groups in the To box named

Hope that helps

edit: i did separate rules for various emails as some can have twitter but not facebook for example
