An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our pro-active and professional IT team in York. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for service improvement who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. This is a new role and gives a unique and exciting opportunity for the role holder to shape, define and further develop the role and service.
