I am desparately trying to export my schools timetable into SIMS so I can get going on assigning students to their groups for next year. But every time I try and export the curriculum plan I get this error

' Multiple Timetable License is active: Timetable Cycle must be defined within SIMS.net '

Someone please help...its nearly the end of term!

Hi, thanks for the reply...that's what I have done.

I get the above message when I do this.

I keep defining the timetable cycle in SIMS to match what is in Nt6 and have made sure that the start date is exactly the same with both.

Hi

Thanks for replying.

We do still need a multiple timetable as we have 2 campuses with independent timetables within the same installation - does that make sense?

When using multiple timetables, in SIMS the timetable cycle is defined via Tools > Academic Management > Define Timetable Cycle

When the Multiple Timetable licence has been turned on, the submission of a timetable cycle from Nova-T6 is disabled.

In SIMS, click on 'Documentation' from the Home Page to go to the SIMS Documentation Centre - click on Timetabler then Multiple Timetables to access the handbook.
