ITSS Senior Technician

Brentwood School is looking for Senior IT Technician to form the integral part of a busy IT department to provide IT assistance to the School community, whilst supporting other members of the team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations in the absence of the IT Manager. Responsibilities will include responding to IT support requests in accordance with the helpdesk procedures and priorities, delivering a high quality service to all users and working with the IT Manager to implement new projects and developments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as motivation and initiative. A recognised academic qualification or experience appropriate to the role is essential, as is the ability to deliver a high level of customer service. Previous experience working within the education sector is desirable but not essential.
