The UPS has died!!!! :(

Can anyone recommend me a new one???

Needs to power 2-3 servers. Nothing fancy needed! (preferably something that can just be plugged into the wall not needed to be wired into the electrics!

You really need to look at the servers and see what their power requirements are. However lets continue and assume they are around the 650VA mark.. Assuming you'll three of these sorts of servers on the UPS, that comes up to 1950VA all together. Therefore, you'll need something a bit bigger than that.

This APC UPS fits the bill

APC Smart-UPS 2200VA USB & Serial 230V

Or the rackmount version.

We've got one of those at the moment and we run 8 devices from it (I know, its wayyyy under powered for that) but are planning on adding a couple more as its been flawless for the last few years.

Anything more than about 3000 Kva will need hardwiring to a commando socket and it's own spur otherwise you will be popping breakers or overloading other circuits.

Simply plugging in 2200's and 3000's into a ring main is going to stress your MCB's and your electricians patience.

Get the loads correctly calculated and wired accordingly.
