Office 365 Disribution list upgrades

I'm trying to update our all staff distribution list to an Office 365 group, on the upgrade screen i see them listed but our all staff one is missing?

 

Anyone know why it wouldn't be upgradable?

i have, unfortunately it looks like we pass them all. Do you know if there's a powershell script or anywhere in the UI to see if it's failing on any of them?

I don't know. It would be too simple to just run a script that pinpointed the issue eh? To be honest, I had similar issues where I had an old legacy list that was originally created for Exchange 5.5 so I just ended up redoing it.
