Jawloms Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 I have a Word document. It is portrait, A4, and there are 2 pages. I want to print it with each page A5 size, on a piece of A4 so that I have page 1 twice on one side, and page 2 twice on the other side. I can't copy and paste as there are borders and drawings which just don't paste at all correctly, otherwise I'd have just made it a four page document with page 1 twice, then page 2 twice. How on earth do I do it? It must be possible, but I'm blowed if I can figure it out. Please! Me receiving chocolate depends on this...... Stuart
TechMonkey Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 Haven't tested but would it need set to duplex, uncollated and 2 pages per sheet? 1
Jawloms Posted June 29, 2018 Author Posted June 29, 2018 Haven't tested but would it need set to duplex, uncollated and 2 pages per sheet? Tried that as that is what I thought too. Didn't work Still got Page 1 and Page 2 on one side, and then again on the other...... I have now done it though. Printed it so that I had Page 1 and Page 2 next to each other, but printed two copies. Then on the copier did 1 sided to 2 sided copy, and rotated one through 180. Done! I get my chocolate.....
Katy Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 If all fails I've resorted to printing and cutting out then photocopying (or scanning back in)... when I've felt like an hour of fiddling with settings is just a waste of time and paper.
