Direct dials are usually assigned under system speed dials with in the admin interface, if you organise the tree on the left hand side alphabetical you should be able to find it. Voicemail is extension 555, by default. Depending on who set your system up, unassigned DDI may go to voicemail.
PotNoodleTech Posted July 3, 2018 Posted July 3, 2018 Direct Dial is usually System > Trunk Related Information > Call Routing Tables > 1 (Day) and 2 (Night) But be careful as it's easy to mess stuff up in the DB Programming it's not exactly designed with usability of end users in mind! You have a support contract with anyone?
