[sims] SIMS Backups

Hi all,

 

This is probably aimed mainly at Gloucestershire schools, but does anyone know if the SIMS database is still supposed to be being backed up via the SQLBAK script in Menubat? As ours are failing and I just wanted to check before I started to have a play if SIMS have introduced another way to backup?

I never know about 'supposed' when it comes to SIMS but if it helps, our SQLBAK file in Menubat contains information from 2004 so probably not for us (though we back up the whole virtual machine using VEEAM)

I got it sorted thanks, I re-wrote the script last night using the an old one as a reference, backed up fine last night.
