Ball park cost for InVentry system

Could anyone give me a ball park figure to install InVentry in a two form primary.

 

We only have one access point. and an existing fob entry system so only really need the sign in and out facility for staff and visitors.

 

I think, for us, it using a sledgehammer to crack nuts. But it the system they have heard about.

 

I would also welcome any comment on alternatives.

It's roughly £3200 for the initial hardware purchase and then roughly £600 a year for the use of the software - first year isn't included with the hardware purchase.
