G Suite device management - force screenlock on personal phones questions.

With basic device management you can enforce 'Basic (Any screenlock)' to secure devices connecting to S Suite services.

 

I was just wondering if it causes any issues after enabling, specifically with devices that are already using the fingerprint system to login, for either Android or iPhone?

 

Are there any other gotchas I should be aware of before enabling the above screenlock settings?
