Sims Individual Reports crashing on export and view

I wonder if anyone can help. I have a number of individual reports saved for each half term, I have just updated one for the end of year but when I try to view it with a child selected it keeps crashing sims. The other reports will still open for viewing or exporting. I've tried to update an old report and tried with a new template but each one keep crashing sims. I can open the template it is only when a child is selected that it will crash. HELP as the end of term is fast approaching!!
