Office 365 - Shared Calendars

Looking to set up a shared calendar which users can view but not edit. - This bit I can do so all good.

 

The problem I have is that any notification I set are not being transferred across so users do not get any reminders.

 

Does any know how I can get notifications to transfer along with the calendar event?

wouldnt the user just add the shared calendar?

I think you have to re-share it with the correct permissions.

 

E.g. They delete their current share and you re-share again with the correct perms.
