IT Technician Sefton

Pentre Tech is looking to recruit a motivated IT technician to support clients in a primary school setting in the Sefton and surrounding areas.

 

We are a small, but expanding business looking for someone to join the technical team. We provide IT support to primary schools in Sefton, Liverpool, Cheshire and Lancashire and pride ourselves in excellent customer service and value for money. You must be proactive, reliable and demonstrate initiative in often complex situations. Your communication skills will be excellent.

 

Experience in the education sector is desirable, as is being a car driver. You will be familiar with 1st-2nd line support issues with a hands-on and can do attitude. Windows server, group policy, active directory, iPad and Mac OS experience desireable, but not essential.

 

This is a permanent post based on initially 22.5 hours per week (3 days), with potential to increase this over time. Salary £18,000 per year pro rata with negotiation after 12 months. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
