Martyn_OIAM Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 Hi, Has anyone come across this. You are working merrily away configuring iPads.. Then all of a sudden 'Your VPP session has expired'... now it won't let me sign in to renew. The Apple ID is a managed account through Apple School Manager and has the authority to purchase apps - I even went on the VPP url and purchased an app. Thanks, Martyn
Ant Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 Yep, I had this the other day too. Was pulling my hair out. Haven't tried today yet. Interesting to hear it's not just me though. 1
Martyn_OIAM Posted June 8, 2018 Author Posted June 8, 2018 Hi Ant, Yes, I have had luck, but what has done it I ain't got a clue! I restarted device many times yesterday, but to no avail. Restarted the Mac Mini this morning and it is working!
atcoates Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 I had the same. I could sign into the portal through a web browser but not AC2. 1
jkenmure Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 Had Same issue restarted machine a number of times turned content caching off and on, no luck. However creating a new user account on the machine running Configurator, logging in then opening configurator and adding the VPP account seems to have sorted the issue. Content Cachine switched back on. All looks good at the moment.
