kenrick Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Good morning, We are trying to amend the staff handbook and would like to update some of the page footers. However, after completing the editing, the date for the whole document goes back to today. The document is over 150 pages long so not practical to change it by hand every time the document is amended. Thank you very much. Kenrick
Steve21 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 By default the header/footer are the same as that's how they're designed, to be the same across them all. If you wanted to split them all you'd have to go back and split them up with break points on each page etc Steve 1
DSapseid Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 For this reason our staff handbook is multiple documents for each section in a folder. The files are called 1 - Welcome, 2 - Contents Page..... etc so that they are printed in the correct order and so its easier to find. 1
