GDPR - consent for CPOMS

Hi,

 

We use Facility CMIS and CPOMS. There is a new 'Data Transfer' checkbox in CMIS since the census upgrade. Do we need to seek consent from parents to use CPOMS or can we gain consent under 'Public Task' ?
