International Schools Partnership is seeking applications for regional ICT and Systems Support roles to support its growing group of international schools around the world.

 

The roles will be developed and built around the skillset of successful candidates, but are likely to be split within a region into a Regional ICT Manager and a Senior Systems Support Manager, working with the on-site school teams to provide support and leadership, guiding them to meet group standards and reporting procedures.

 

Salary is dependent on experience. The positions could involve relocation to the regional head office or within reasonable travelling distance to the schools.

Spanish language and experience working with schools are essential.

 

The Regional ICT Manager is expected to strategically manage the development, support and maintenance of an efficient ICT infrastructure. This includes the deployment of ICT resources, within ISP schools and the regional office to support the core purpose of ensuring amazing learning, administration and delivery of an effective ICT curriculum within the schools.

 

The Senior Systems Support Manager is expected to actively manage the on-going rollout of various group systems, mainly Engage MIS and linking to Finance, HR and Health & Safety software in order to optimise processes and facilitate group reporting requirements. The focus is to manage the integration of the schools' MIS with existing procedures to ensure the schools are making maximum use of the functionality available in the MIS and related systems. A sound working knowledge of Engage MIS is desirable, and strong MIS management skills essential as the schools have a variety of different systems in place.

 

Both roles will include travel to the schools within a region as required and providing support and training to the on site teams, as well as regional management and team members. We aim to build a global support structure throughout ISP and expect that our senior leaders will also collaborate and assist other regions where the opportunity arises.
