Unable to delete user profile - Avast blocking

So Im trying to use the Delprof2 tool to remove old user profiles from our client PC's but the profiles are not being fully removed, I have narrowed this down to Avast storing cache and log files in the user profile (\AppData\Roaming\AVAST Software) is there anyway to stop avast storing files in there?

If I disable the self defence module it will then let me delete the profile but that seems to be the only way and obviously would rather I leave it enabled. Am using the latest Avast for Business clients btw.
