Home security kit - Any recommendations?

There's been a lot of break ins near mine recently so looking to invest in a home security kit. After any recommendations people may have? Haven't got a huge budget.

 

Basically after external camera, internal camera and some door/window sensors. Ideally linked to phone for alerts and wireless.

I bought my-fox (now Somfy). It’s pretty good and maybe even better than I. Expected. Totally wireless so does use batteries. We’ve had it about 6 months so far. Sensors in doors / windows, loud internal alarm and a internal camera that has a physical shutter for privacy.

 

They are bringing an external camera out later this year but I went with separate Unifi CCTV anyway.

Ucam 247 cameras work very well either ethernet or wifi and send alerts to phone on movement.
