Cloud Software Services for Schools self-certification checklist

After trawling the web, I've not been able to find a blank template of the checklist mentioned in the subject title. I would like to use one for a new browser based e-learning provider we are working with, to have them review themselves against the checklist. Anyone now where there might be a copy?

I remember a year or so ago emailing someone at the DfE - there was an address given towards the end of the original PDF guidance document - and they very promptly sent me a copy to forward to a provider. (Sorry I can't be more specific just now as am about to rush off to a GDPR meeting!)

Yes, it is in the document but it seemed odd to have to individually request it. I've passed the document on to our e-learning provider as ultimately I think they need to be familiar with the document and the checklist.

It's one of those that I'd swear I'd seen, but other than the document you mention which had an email address to request a copy (for anyone else coming across this thread, it's here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/cloud-software-services-and-the-data-protection-act ) I can't find anything.

 

If you get a response and the copyright statement allows, could you post a copy here please?
