Dell OSMA on PowerEdge T620 doesn't see PERC H310

One of my schools has a Dell PowerEdge T620 with a single SSD for the O/S (Windows Server 2008 R2) and 6 x 2TB drives in a RAID 5 array on the PERC H310 board provided with the server. One of the drives has failed so I want to replace it.

 

I installed Dell's OSMA 8.5 on the server and it seems to run fine, but it does not see any storage controller.

 

Has anyone else has this problem and is there a solution?
