dapaulio Posted May 3, 2018 Posted May 3, 2018 (edited) I have Groupcall installed on my SIMS server where we exchange data with are LEA. Does anyone know how to enable/ disable certain reports in Groupcall. I can see several tasks some reporting Disabled and some reporting Idle with no obvious way of controlling the jobs scheduled. I’m sure functionality was there a year. Was this removed in an update? We have requested that our LEA only collect specific data, which was mutually confirmed at one point last year that the report in question was disabled. Sometime in the last 6 months the report seems to have enabled itself again. is this possible without internal intervention as I can not get to the bottom of how it suddenly enabled itself?
