Afternoon! :D

Firstly, we're migrating from Exchange 2010 to Google G-Mail for staff e-mails this Summer break! As such, this problem only really applies to us for the next few months! ;)

I've been asked to create an auto-response to any e-mail that's received to our 'office' account. The reply is lengthy and incorporates 'mailto' hyperlinks. As such, a transport rule with a bounce back message isn't an option. In similar vein, an 'out of office' reply does the trick, but will only send once to each individual e-mail address. I have also tried creating a rule whereby all messages received results in the server sending a template of my choice. Done! However the bounce back template only works internally, not externally?!

Does anyone know what might be causing the latter idea not to work properly? The immediate fix is Exclaimer AutoResponder, but it's a few hundred quid and not something we can currently afford! :( Alternatively, I just ask the person who requested this job to wait until September, when our G-Mail migration has been completed!

Any help is much appreciated! :)
