pbad Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 (edited) I've run the registry files (x86 and x64) to remove these folders from the "This PC" in explorer. However when Windows 10 LTSB 1607 installs some updates then the folders reappear. Anyway to permanently remove these folders? Edited April 30, 2018 by pbad
ShellfishClive Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 Are you just running the reg files or applying them in GPO? Updates general refresh missing reg keys or change the default values back if they have been changed.
AJWhite1970 Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 I tend to set all my restrictions in the base image using a tool called Windows Ultimate Tweaker. Works on Windows 7+ and has over 200 settings you can get at via a GUI Tweaks available in Ultimate Windows Tweaker for Windows 10 HTH Andrew

ShellfishClive Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 You might have to fully update one to a version you are happy with and then run the files or you could make the files run at logon of a user.
