[1703, cu] Getting rid of the US keyboard

I can’t seem to get rid of the US keyboard even when setting the preload keyboard key in the registry for all users. It seems to work at first and then it sneaks back and seems to become the default so @ and pound key are a pain.

 

I have also set the day in the international setting which seems to work.

I have a power shell script for this I can dig out for you on Monday. I normally use it during my mdt task sequence but can’t see why it won’t work on a built machine!
