Edge download location

Is it possible to change the download location via GPO for Edge? I have looked and all I can find is a registry edit.

Not that I'm aware of. Perhaps that will change when the new 1803 build is released (I haven't been following the insider stuff lately). Perhaps you could use group policy folder redirection to achieve your desired state?

It should follow redirection. There was a bug in 1511 where a download would say it couldn't download to a redirected downloads folder. But no one should be n 1511 now.
