IT SUPPORT – SENIOR SUPPORT

 

Full-time, 37 hours per week

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday

Some out of hours work is likely, time off in lieu is normally agreed.

 

We require an experienced, resourceful and highly organised individual to join our IT support team. Qualified to degree level or equivalent, you will be responsible for delivering and developing reliable and scalable ICT solutions across storage, network, wireless, desktop and server infrastructures.

 

Supporting a diverse user body of over 1500 staff and students, your excellent communication skills are key.

 

You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server systems and virtualisation. Further knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP and firewalls and Cybersecurity would also be desirable, as would certification in e.g. MCITP, MCSE, VCP or CCNA.
