Sync Center Access for staff

Hi all,

 

I have setup Offline files for staff laptops, but at the moment when I click on the sync icon under a staff login it is saying access is restricted. Is there anyway I can give access to the sync center without opening up the rest of the control panel?

There's an option to only show XYZ panels, and you can just add the sync centre into there as an option
