I recall looking into the Net2 SDK last year. https://www.paxton.co.uk/spotlight.asp?strStage=SDK would be a good starting link. It's done using C#.

 

Their forum has a lot of samples of specific lines. Net2 SDK Examples Although I'm not sure how much is for v5 (the current version), so you'll likely have to check.
