scam 1610 problems with client with question mark

Morning

 

we have recently updated the scam server and now all the clients are showing with question marks, it is as if they are not checking in. Just seeing if anyone has a work around as the last back up of the server was about 12 weeks ago as it is only a build server and I really don't want to go to this as it might break things when going through the process again.

 

Any support would be great
