Lightspeed, how do i create a group?

Anybody any idea how you create a group on the Light Speed mobile manager since they made the GUI worse? I can see smart groups but i want a normal group. Their documentation on this is dire.

Through the menu option in the top right hand corner that is shown as 9 squares there is a contacts card icon. That should take you here https://launch.lightspeedsystems.com/admin/users where if you click on Admin Tools you should see an option for groups.

I struggled with this last week. I created a group, but then couldn't add a device into it. It's hard to find how to move devices into certain groups too.
