Popup Blockers Chrome/Safari

Looking for a way to disable popup blockers or add our campus website to a exception list for Chrome/Safari. Looking for either a terminal command(through ARD) or a file I can push out with ARD. I've been trying to get Google Chromes master_preference file to work but had no luck. These computers are in a lab environment. The method will hopefully apply to all users.

I managed to push settings via a plist via profile manager for Chrome.

You can set Chrome and Safari preferences on a Mac using a .plist or configuration profile (.mobileconfig).

It's also possible to convert a .plist to a .mobileconfig using mcxToProfile.
