Strange IE problem

When I log on as a member of staff now and try and watch a YouTube video, the volume control is greyed out and if you click on it says "Your browser doesn't support changing the volume". Video plays fine though. On Chrome it's fine, and logged on as an administrator it's fine in IE. Nothing has changed in group policy, we have just changed our broadband provider so are subject to new filtering. Flash is up to date.

 

Windows 7, IE 11.

 

Any thoughts anyone?

My clever techie has mended it. In IE settings, under advanced, she has ticked "Play sounds in webpages". "That sounds pretty obvious" you may be thinking. Why was sound working on ALL other webpages then? Grrr......
