SIMS options online - unauthorised error before and after login

Hi

 

We have had SIMS options online setup in the academy I work at, I am able to logon via IE or Chrome with my o365 account to authenticate, I get no issues and I have all the permissions I have been assigned/assigned myself.

 

However when I come to access it within SIMS I get the following errors

Before I sign in

I am able to click on the top right corner to give me the login option

Logon screen with the different sign in options comes up ok, I select o365 and sign in and then get returned to the above image.

 

this is from a client side when i try it on the server i Don't even get this error message i get the following

 

But i am able to access it via IE from the server so no proxy based issue that scream out at me.

 

Call has been logged with Capita via local authority but as yet still no feedback.

 

have added https://www.sims-options.co.uk and https://sts.sims.co.uk to trusted sites have tried 2 different proxy's (internal and LA). account i am using in SIMS has access all areas and the system account used has no blocks on the proxy side of things.

 

If anyone knows of any extra settings needed in IE SIMS or other that they can provide it woudl be of help

Issue has been resolved by Capita via LA

 

do the following on both 'Internet' and 'Trusted Sites'

 

Control Panel>Internet Options>Security>Select Internet then Custom Level>Miscellaneous>Access Data across Domains and select Enable.
