Where do you configure a proxy for Google File Stream?

Where can I configure Google File Stream to use a proxy?

 

We were on proxy-less broadband but now have one but I cannot see how I tell Google File Stream what the proxy is.

Yeah, I found that article but I'm not sure where / how to configure the TrustedRootCertsFile
