Good morning everoneI wonder if anyone has speed issues when running pCounter as a HyperV machine - and is there any 'ideal' setting that I am missing.

HyperV2016DC edition is running and it seems to be running fine. Everything seems to be nice and speedy however data passing between our print server and our MFDs via pCounter is slow. Logging on via a pin code and and getting a list of cost centres is taking between 17 and 60 seconds. Yet when we connect a laptop direct it takes 5 seconds (I know it's a direct connection).

However - Konica say it should not be that slow.

When I print direct - it is speedy and work comes out without much delay.

I have allocated 16Gb of memory to the pCounter machine.

Cheers

Gareth
