dloudon96 Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 (edited) Got an issue with Google Chrome and Office 365. Got users who can log in to office 365, via Google Chrome, as soon as they click on mail, it attempts to load the mail screen, but fails. If I clear the browsing history, makes no difference, but if I select ‘Keep local data only until you quit your browser’ close the browser down and try it again, it’s completely fine. Also works fine if I go the history and click on ‘advanced’ and then untick the boxes that are ticked, but only select ‘cached images and files’ and then close the browser and re-try the site, it works fine too. Anyone know if there’s an option to allow this setting for all users via gpo, or add a value in registry to turn it on. Thanks, Dan Edited February 23, 2018 by dloudon96
Wubbalubbadub Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Check your web filter.. recently had this at one of our primary schools.. it turned out to be a Microsoft site that was being blocked.. we already had all the documented ones whitelisted.. had to add this new one (maybe a new feature of the security issue) I can’t remember exactly the site.. but if you check your blocked in the filter then likely will find it! If you still struggle PM and I’ll login to the filter and see what it was.
Wubbalubbadub Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 secure.aadcdn.microsoftonline-p.com aadcdn.microsoftonline-p.com Are the two new address's i had to add to the filter - for anyone else that might get this issue.
