AD Bulk Modify

Hello All

 

Wondered if anyone can help - I am after a tool that will do a bulk modify on all accounts in a selective OU in the AD so that it will only recieve email from the system Administrator.

 

I have managed to find AD Manager Plus but this costs an arm and a leg - does any have any other idea of a suitable utility that will do this.
