Anti Virus on an iPad

I've been asked to recommend an AV/malware solution for an iPad, preferably free (single home user, nothing corporate or centrally managed). In the good old days I would have laughed at such a suggestion, much like AV on a Mac or LINUX, it just wasn't needed but now of course...

 

What do the esteemed masses recommend?

I'd still suggest that unless said user was very high-risk (e.g. target of sophisticated attacks) they don't need it.
