Windows 10 Take a Test setup using SCCM?

I should be able to configure the Windows 10 Take a Test kiosk mode using SCCM. I am unfamiliar with creating a policy such as this in SCCM. Has anyone here done this? I have been searching in the SCCM console for the past hour but can't seem to find it. I have a feeling that the documentation is lacking or I need more coffee to get this done.
