SATA drivers needed HELP!

Hi there. I have the following board and BIOS edition and was wondering if anyone knew where i could find the SATA drivers so i can install xp?

 

Board: Intel Corporation SANTA ROSA CRB

BIOS: Phoenix Technologies LTD 1.60 10/05/2007

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what computer/laptop is it? or what motherboard is it. Normally you can download the SATA drivers from their websites.

It's a TOSHIBA EQUIUM A200-1VO, I used a program that detects your system and it gave me the board as an intel santa rosa crb

I reckon this might be what you want: http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/stormng-20070827133046.zip (has the files with in the zip to create a driver disk for the F6 option of windows install)

 

If not I'd recommend a ferret around the toshiba support site they seem pretty good on drivers : Toshiba - Download Files

I'll give it a go tonight. May I ask how you found the files?

By going to the Toshiba support site linked in the above post and filling in the file download form, the file I found was listed under storage management.

Ah yes, I see that now. I'll have to try and find my short model number ifthe rar folder you gave me does not work.

Hi again all. I have the SATA drivers but i now ned the intel matrix storage manager driver, i'm using Windows Vista Home premium and when i download and run the program it gives me an exe that writes files onto the USB floppy i have.

 

Unfortunately when i run this file it starts to copy and then tells me that access is denied. I have enabled the Admin account but to no avail, i still get the same message, any help would be great.
