My Files : Something is wrong

Getting the above error while trying to access my files and I am not getting access to any files (this is a new HAP install)

 

In the event log I'm seeing Audit Success and Audit Failure logs for the same account

 

Not set up HAP in a long time or done much with IIS. Open to suggestions on how to fix this.

Looks like some configuration settings are missing with your installation there.

 

Check your server allows local logons for all users.

 

Check your admin password is set ok.

Getting this too all of a sudden, even when restoring to a known good backup of the whole server.

Everything else works OK, but any mappings to any drive resource are just met with the loading dots a the top going constantly

 

Addition: Appears as though it's unable to read from active directory correctly. Whilst users can log on without any issue, it's not picking up groups; the only way I can get My Files to show is to set read permissions to "All". Setting them to a group or even username (not even sure the latter would work anyway) means they don't show at all. All details present and correct in settings. Same in 10.6 as it is in 10.5.
