Sibelius License Server

Please help -

 

I've licensed the sibelius license server on a virtual server, then in an act of pure stupidity I completely deleted that vs with no way of getting it back.

 

I've created a new sibelius license server but it is saying it can't be activated as it has already been activated, I can't deactivate it as there's no way of accessing it.

Contact Avid and explain what's happened, they'll be able to release the licenses as we've done it before on a dead server (Before VMs)
