Oliver-AR Quiz Interface

We currently operate the Oliver Library Management system and we have recently been having problems importing the Renaissance Quiz csv file as part of the daily housekeeping routines. The result of this means that when our Librarian has catalogued books that she knows are on the AR system the Oliver search facility doesn't show this information. Has anybody else experienced problems with this?

We use the latest version of Oliver and have AR integration and aren't experiencing any problems at all.
