Smartboard repairs

Does anyone know any companies in which are able to fix Smartboards on site who can travel to West Yorkshire? We've got 2 SBM685's which have now gone faulty within 2 months of each other, just out of warranty. Smart don't want to know and I can't seem to find any companies which are able to repair them?

Don't know of any repair companies but replacing the controller sometimes fixes duff boards:

...when you say repair.....what do you mean....the controller has gone/failed? (easy to replace...but you will need to pay SMART for one)....but if you have damaged the board itself...I'd be surprised if that was possible to repair.

 

(We have canablised old small 600 boards - one of which had surface damage...the other other displaced by a much larger board.....and put their controllers onto board that failed....in our case ...it was a water leak which damaged the controller...)

 

Always worth checking you have the latest formware...as some of the early firmware doesn't allows allow proper calibration of the boards

From the looks its either a camera or the controller has failed, In the diagnostics graphs its not showing input from one of the cameras. So not 100% sure whats failed. ive got another board i can nick parts from but i ideally just wanted a company who can come round fix it for piece of mind. Its the M600 series which seem to be a bit more fiddly than the older 600 series.
