Android app making software - Unattended install

Dear readers,

 

First of all: My excuses for my English.

 

Now I am new to this forum and not knowing if this is the right topic for my situation/question.

If not: Please let me know where this belongs so I can replace it.

 

My situation/question:

I want my students to make an Android app.

This I prefer letting them do with an software program, rater not web-based (this is my last straw).

 

The systemmanager of the school let me know that the program has to be unattended installed, preffered .msi file.

The profile files get cleaned after every login/out of the user, C disk and app data are not open for the students.

I dont know if I make sense with the two lines above, if more information needed please ask me specific things so I can pass them through.

 

Android studio is not anymore an option, where they doesn't supply an .msi file.

 

Could somebody help me with potential software wich would be usefull for me?

And if experience with the software, how to install and if there are costs included?
