GrumbleDook Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 What's the retention period for the tea once you've drunk it?! More importantly, what is the retention period for the tea and what happens as you process it?
GrumbleDook Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 I work for the ICO and we get loads of calls from companies trying to sell us stuff to make us "GDPR compliant" I've had a few LinkedIn messages like that ... including one that wanted to sell us a portal (aimed at SMEs and marketing firms) to help schools with GDPR compliance as it recorded consent for everything from the kids ... as consent is the main thing schools need to worry about. They then couldn't explain the difference between a public authority and a Supervisory Authority.

Bedders Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Is my cup of tea GDPR compliant? Why do you have the cup of tea in the first place?
