Sheridan Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 We've noticed in some of our primaries that the staff using Word on their ipad, and they have Office 365 accounts. The problem is when they open word it tells them "word doesn’t allow editing on your device, for accounts with full access contact your organisation" - if they then proceed to Sign In using their 365 details it still opens them as read only. I'm not sure whats going on here, it used to work before and their 365 domain hasn't changed recently or has MS changed something?
Sheridan Posted February 1, 2018 Author Posted February 1, 2018 Just clocked it - the free A1 subscription doesn't include the Apps, only the paid for A3 has them, and they only have the free version!

XiJ Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Yeah web based versions work. iOS app needs an account. You can add it into any school EES agreement though (at no extra cost).
Sheridan Posted February 1, 2018 Author Posted February 1, 2018 Yeah they can use the web versions, they don't have any EES agreements as yet though so this is their only option! I'm sure it used to work last year sometime - wonder if this was changed recently?
